The net proceeds from the Augenstern lottery support visually impaired and blind people in Austria.

"Every appointment with you is a ray of light! You've helped me so much," praises Ms. N. about Austrian Association Supporting the Blind and Visually Impaired’s work. As Austria's oldest and largest self-help organization for people with visual impairments, we advise and support around 5,000 members nationwide. Each year, about 600 people come to us for the first time because their eyesight has deteriorated significantly due to illness, accident, or old age.

The public draw will take place on 11 June 2026 at Österreichische Lotterien GmbH, Rennweg 44, 1038 Vienna. The winning ticket numbers will be published on 19 June 2026 in the digital official gazette of the Wiener Zeitung and online at www.lotterie-augenstern.at. All lottery participants will receive the draw results free of charge by post. Prize vouchers can be claimed from 19 June to 13 August 2026 at Lotteriebüro Josef Prokopp Gesellschaft m.b.H., the office for class lotteries.
